Every proposed change waits outside the plan until someone answers it
A proposed new item, rank change, scope change, or removal remains separate from the current roadmap until a person decides. Nothing changes simply because Symphiq suggested it.

The next roadmap starts from what the last one learned
After the decisions are recorded, the roadmap updates in place. Accepted changes appear, rejected changes do not, protected work stays protected, and the decision history remains part of the record for the next review. That is why every review makes the plan sharper than the last, and why the roadmap is worth more the longer you run on it.
